eStatement FAQ’s

What is an eStatement?
An eStatement is an electronic version of your statement with images available online via our secure site. You can view and print your statement right from your computer, avoiding the wait for traditional mail and ending paper clutter.

Are check images available with my eStatement?
Yes, images are available with eStatements. 

When can I view my eStatement?
You will receive an email when your current statement is ready to be viewed, printed or saved.

How long will my eStatement be available for viewing?
We keep your statements available to you for 18 months.

What is Adobe Reader and why do I need it?
Adobe Acrobat Reader is free software used for viewing and printing of electronic forms. You will need this software installed on your computer in order for your computer to download, display or print your statement and images.

Using Internet Explorer?
Look for the yellow drop down warning under the internet address bar. Choose ALWAYS ALLOW POP UPS FROM THIS ADDRESS to see statements.

Will I still receive statements in the mail if I sign up for eStatements?
No, after you complete the enrollment process for eStatements, all your statements will arrive electronically.

What if I put in my user ID and nothing happens?
Check to make sure that your pop up blocker is turned off or allows pop ups for that site only.

Will I need a password to view my eStatement?
Yes, a password will be provided to you via email by a First National Bank employee after you’ve applied.
